Established in 2000 by Herry Sendiko who has decades of experiences in blinds industry, with company name PT. Sharp Point Marsindo Sukses according to notarial deed by Darsono Ps. S.H. No.5 on May 17th, 2000 with status as national private company.
On 2001, the name of the company changed to PT. Sumber Prima Marsindo Sukses according to notarial deed by Mutiara Hartanto, S.H. No.31, October 16th, 2001.
In 2003 PT. Sumber Prima Marsindo Sukses incentivized by investors from Malaysia, according to notarial deed of change by Ely Susanti, SH No.29, Oct 24th, 2003, the status of our company changed from privately owned company to a Foreign Investment Company (FIC), with the composition of 80% foreign ownership and 20% local (Indonesian).
Starting with 5 employees and producing only 1 type of blinds; Today, we are supported by more than 250 employees, who are trained, experienced and professional in their field. Backed up with modern, efficient and environmental friendly machineries to furthermore help us create the best blinds and curtains available in the market.
